The
property encompasses 20 hectares (approximatively 50 acres), all classified as
‘Côtes de Provence’ AOC (controlled provenance).
We grow several types of
grape, all typical of the region: Grenache, Carignan, Cinsault, mourvèdre,
Syrah, Rolle, Petite Clairette du Var. On average, our grapevines are 40
years old – the oldest trees being more than a century old.
Red wines
A blend of 3
types of grapes: Syrah, Carignan, Mourvèdre.
The ‘Cuvée
Bastien’ (a wine named after our first son Bastien) is raised in cisterns fror
2 to 3 years. Ready for consumption. Best matches: red meats, cheeses.
The ‘Cuvée des
Gravoches’ is raised for 12 months in «boutes» oak barrels from the Allier
region (France), thus its light oak flavor. Ready for consumption or for keep. Best served with game or
stews.
Rosé

exotic dishes, desserts…

with a touch of green and its aromas of flowers and oranges. To be served as an
